Begin and End Date : August 25, 2025 - April 24, 2026 Schedule of Days needed : Monday through Thursday Schedule of Hours needed : 8:00-3:00 (hours are those of operation for the school; the student(s) will work as many hours as possible during that window, but scheduling is flexible) Description of Duties : Students will assist the administrative office as a customer-facing representative of the school, including answering phones, greeting visitors, interacting with students and parents, liaising with teachers and administrators, and offering support services to the administrative staff, including the attendance clerk. Required Qualifications
Being bilingual in Spanish is highly desired due to the demographic of the student population (72 percent Hispanic) and language needs of many parents/guardians. Required Education
Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University. Required Experience
Familiarity with an office work environment is desired, but not required.
