Amundsen Davis Law, a full-service business law firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team and support attorneys in managing a diverse portfolio of litigation matters. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll work closely with the team on complex cases from inception to resolution. Key Responsibilities Assist in drafting, preparing, and proofreading legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, subpoenas, and correspondence. File legal documents with state and federal courts, including e-filings, ensuring compliance with all court rules and deadlines. Manage litigation cases from inception to resolution, including maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and managing case calendars. Coordinate discovery: draft and respond to discovery requests, organize and review documents, and prepare document productions. Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations. Prepare attorneys for trials, hearings, and arbitrations by organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, and coordinating with witnesses and experts. Maintain well-organized electronic and physical case files for easy access and retrieval. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department (required). Paralegal certificate and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Deep understanding of litigation processes and court filing procedures. Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. High degree of professionalism and discretion with confidential matters.
