Law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their Irvine office. Responsibilities
Manage discovery & e-filing Draft disclosures, motions, and settlement agreements Conduct research & background checks Coordinate witness prep and manage trial exhibits/logistics Collaborate with attorneys and contribute to overall case strategy Track vendor invoices & support administrative billing processes Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree & Paralegal certificate required Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience required (labor/employment experience preferred) Strong knowledge of federal, California state, and appellate court rules Microsoft Office and litigation support tools required; Relativity and/or Everlaw preferred Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
