Recruiting Director for Carolina Legal Staffing Raleigh law firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their thriving practice. Ideally, this candidate will have 3+ years' experience doing complex commercial real estate transactions and assisting with drafting/reviewing closing documents and title opinions. Must have experience doing title review searches for commercial and residential properties. Must have either a Bachelors degree or paralegal certificate. This is a key role for the real estate team.
