Business Solutions Manager | Adams & Martin Group Legal Staffing Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Mass Torts Paralegal to join a law firm in the south Twin Cities Metro. This is a direct hire opportunity with an onsite work model.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with all aspects of mass tort litigation, from intake through settlement.

Review, analyze, and summarize medical records and related documentation to support case development.

Draft, edit, and prepare a variety of legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement documents.

Manage client files, maintain case calendars, and track critical deadlines.

Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and co-counsel to gather necessary information.

Support attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials.

Maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets for case tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience as a paralegal in mass torts or personal injury plaintiff litigation required.

Strong understanding of medical terminology and experience with medical record review.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Paralegal certificate or relevant experience required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
