We are currently seeking an experienced New Construction Closing Paralegal to join our Real Estate team in our Greenville office. Candidates should have 3-5 years' experience in real estate or an expressed interest in learning real estate legal practices. A paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program and/or bachelor’s degree are preferred. SC Notary certificate required.

Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
Ability to Make an Impact:
Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization
Education:
Associates or better in Paralegal Studies or related field.
