Entry-Level Event Assistant

to join our growing team and help bring exciting events and top-tier brand experiences directly to the community! Whether you're just starting out or looking to transition into the world of live events, this role offers

hands-on experience, paid training, and real growth potential

—no prior experience required!

Responsibilities

Assist with

on-site event setup, execution, and teardown

Coordinate event logistics such as vendor setup, equipment organization, and guest registration

Greet and engage with attendees, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience

Manage signage, branded displays, and giveaways to maintain smooth operations and brand consistency

Handle administrative tasks: data entry, attendance tracking, post-event reporting

Maintain a polished, professional appearance and represent partner brands with confidence

Contribute to post-event debriefs and share insights to improve future activations
