Role Objectives
Provide administrative support within the Petroleum Products & Research Department Lubes section. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Answer incoming client calls and maintain files. Check to see if samples have arrived at the oil storage warehouse. Use our programs to log samples in and transport samples to designated areas. Transfer/upload report data between computer systems. Review reports and approve sample information. Generate reports and prepare client billing. Handle lubricants and fuels samples. Work closely with Management. Other duties as assigned. Weekends are occasionally required. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. 2–6 years of experience in general clerical and administrative duties. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat) and MS Outlook, basic office machines, detailed oriented, excellent phone communication skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions; self‑motivated; handle sensitive business information discretely; strong communication and organization skills. Ability to prioritize workload and work in a fast‑paced environment; able to work overtime. Valid/clear driver's license. Job Location
San Antonio, Texas. Compensation
$40,000.00–$50,000.00 per year.
