OFFICE ASSISTANT - MATH LEARNING CENTER (PART-TIME POOL)
Position Information The purpose of this position is to assist the Math Learning Center with daily operations and to provide clerical support. Minimum Qualifications : High school diploma or GED equivalency. Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities : Attention to detail and accuracy Great customer service Excellent communication skills Computer literate Professional work ethic Leadership skills Preferred Qualifications : Experience using mobile technology and devices Six months office/clerical related experience One semester of college courses/experience Knowledge of Canvas and WebDMC Ability to work evenings and weekends Job Duties : Monitor the facility for students needing assistance. Maintain inventory of technology, equipment, and books. Assist students with media checkout. Greet and assist students with signing into the facility and ensure proper sign out upon departure. Maintain and stock office and instructional supplies. Attend staff meetings. Generate visit reports. Market the Math Learning Center. Answer telephone and process mail. Report equipment issues. Maintain an organized and neat facility. Assist the Director and Assistant Instructors with administrative tasks and special projects, as needed.
