Direct Marketing Associate
in the Twin Cities area to join our team.
This role offers
uncapped commission
and a base pay starting at
$20/hr , with expected
earnings over $60,000 in the first year (OTE) . Compensation details will be shared during the hiring process.
Purpose The position involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas. Eligible candidates can receive a base monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities
Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager.
Transport independently to assigned areas, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally.
Use company mapping and business applications for data tracking.
Maintain professionalism in appearance and obtain necessary permits.
Attend company meetings as required.
Provide feedback to improve canvassing effectiveness.
Master company methodology, products, and promotional offerings.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License with a clean record
Minimum age of 21
Reliable transportation
Strong verbal communication skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets
Physically capable of walking 3-5 miles daily
