LHH is seeking a strong leading law firm in Tampa is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in commercial real estate transactions and loan document preparation. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team on complex deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support attorneys in all phases of commercial real estate transactions, from contract to closing
Prepare, review, and manage loan documents and closing checklists
Order, review, and analyze title documents, surveys, and due diligence materials
Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure smooth closings
Draft and review contracts, leases, deeds, and related real estate documents
Track critical dates, deadlines, and manage post‑closing documentation
Maintain organized electronic and physical files
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal in a law firm setting
Strong experience with loan document preparation required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
