This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive legal support to a collaborative group of attorneys. You’ll manage complex case files, assist in drafting and filing key legal documents, and help keep cases on track from start to finish in a professional, growth-oriented environment.

Litigation Legal Assistant Responsibilities & Qualifications
Provide administrative and paralegal support for litigation and transactional attorneys, including maintaining files, managing calendars, scheduling depositions, closings, and meetings, and coordinating travel
Assist with new client and matter intake, including conflict checks and engagement letters
Prepare, proofread, and finalize correspondence, pleadings, contracts, and real estate documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements
Calculate, calendar, and track court deadlines; perform e-filings in state and federal courts as needed
Support real estate and transactional work by organizing closing documents, drafting exhibits, and coordinating with clients, title companies, and outside parties
Organize, format, and maintain documents in both paper and electronic filing systems
Conduct basic legal research and support attorney workflow as needed
Minimum 5 years of legal assistant experience in a private law firm, preferably with both litigation and transactional (real estate or corporate) exposure
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and document management systems; strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills required
