$165,000 base + bonus, total compensation up to $180,000 depending on experience About the Role We are seeking an exceptional

Personal Assistant

to support the founder of a prestigious Private Equity Family Office. This role is ideal for someone with a white-glove service mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and excels at juggling priorities with discretion, intuition, and attention to detail. Unlike a traditional Executive Assistant, this role is focused on

day-to-day personal support , requiring concierge-level service, exceptional judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs. The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, and thrives under pressure—someone who believes no task is too small and approaches each responsibility with the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities Serve as the right hand to the founder in all aspects of daily life—personal errands, home management, scheduling, and logistics Handle high-touch, detail-sensitive tasks such as managing menus, sourcing specialty items, and making judgment calls on substitutions or alternate plans when needed Drive in New York City and occasionally to the country home (not a chauffeur role, but must be highly comfortable behind the wheel) Oversee household needs and vendors, with an ability to make executive decisions when principals are unavailable Manage logistics around pets (e.g., vet visits, groomers) and occasional trips to Brooklyn Anticipate the needs of the principal and act with discretion, urgency, and tact Deliver white-glove service in every aspect—from grocery runs to lifestyle coordination—treating each task as mission-critical Work closely with other household and office staff (e.g., private travel coordinator), ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints Exercise excellent judgment and maintain a calm, solution-oriented approach in chaotic or time-sensitive situations Ideal Candidate Profile Background in

hospitality, events, or luxury lifestyle management

preferred—comfortable operating in dynamic, high-expectation environments High emotional intelligence and decisiveness; comfortable making independent decisions with limited input Impeccable attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sensibility Strong multitasking and prioritization skills without becoming overwhelmed Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a highly private and professional environment Confident, composed driver in NYC and surrounding areas Flexible, adaptable, and always willing to go the extra mile to support the principal Seniority level
