Job Title: Sr. Litigation Paralegal (10+ Years Experience) About Us: Zwillinger Wulkan is a respected litigation firm known for our commitment to excellence, strategic advocacy, and results-driven legal representation. Our practice covers a wide range of litigation areas, including civil, commercial, and complex litigation. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Litigation Paralegal to join our team. Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Sr. Litigation Paralegal with at least 10+ years of hands-on litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload while supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. Annual Salary: $80,000+ depending on experience Hybrid or On-Site Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including case intake, discovery, trial preparation, and appeals Draft legal documents such as complaints, subpoenas, motions, and discovery requests/responses Manage document production, including organizing and analyzing large volumes of documents Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials Maintain litigation calendars and track important deadlines Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness lists Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials File documents electronically with state and federal courts Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experience preferred In-depth understanding of litigation processes and court rules (state and federal) Proficiency with legal software and tools (e.g., Westlaw, Clio, or similar) Strong writing, editing, and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced legal environment Professional demeanor and strong client service skills Competitive salary and annual performance bonus Health, dental, vision and life insurance 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave Continuing education and CLE support Opportunities for career advancement within the firm Seniority level
