Project Manager
Join our team as a Project Manager. This is a hybrid role based out of our Cincinnati, OH office. The position is salaried and includes eligibility for overtime pay. Key Responsibilities
Implement proposal procedures and action plans Review resource assignments with appropriate department managers Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Provide scope control, change management, and risk identification Develop and nurture client and project team professional relationships Direct and coordinate technical activities Initiate, document, and facilitate project communication with client, project team, and stakeholders Ensure all contractual requirements are satisfied Maintain records of purchased materials and subcontracts Issue and administer subcontracts and associated documentation Manage oversight of construction for EPC projects Coordinate commercial activities (e.g. billing, procurement) with the accounting department and assist with A/R collections when needed Recommend changes to SOP to support continuous improvement and share expertise in project management Maintain positive client relationships and develop potential work opportunities Provide resource managers with professional feedback on personnel assigned to project teams regarding performance, attitude, and potential areas Represent Matrix Technologies in professional organizations and societies related to project management and/or engineering Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without employer sponsorship Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture required PE and/or PMP preferred Four years or more of Project Management experience Seven years or more of engineering experience Experience in industrial manufacturing preferred Experience with multi-discipline engineering and EPC projects preferred Ability to travel 25% - 50% locally and 10% - 20% overnight We offer market-competitive compensation for a Project Manager with a base range of $87,000 to $120,000 annually, and a total compensation package that includes quarterly bonuses, 401(k) matching, and overtime pay.
