Responsibilities
Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot fiber optic internet and telephone services based on guidelines
Install, set up, and configure all equipment
Identify and remediate sources of customer‑perceived issues
Review all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement
Educate the customer regarding product and service usage
Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment
Work overtime, travel, and perform on‑call/after‑hours responsibilities as needed
Perform work in all weather conditions
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
Valid State driver’s license (cannot be provisional) and acceptable driving record
Physical Abilities & Exposures
Work at heights; occasional entry into attics and crawl spaces; operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift up to 55 pounds without assistance
Occasionally use ladder, keyboard, and mouse
