Responsibilities include managing screening and event scheduling/planning, and assisting the Program Director and Care Coordinators with clinical and research tasks. The role involves working closely with faculty, fellows, and staff in an academic medical center. **Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** Ability to travel at least 1 week per month. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills and ability to collaborate effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in data entry, electronic database management, and reporting. Basic mathematical skills, including balancing figures and accurate transcription. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle high-profile patients and partners professionally. Computer proficiency in Excel, Adobe Reader, and Microsoft Office suite. **Minimum Education and Experience:** High School Diploma or equivalent. **Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelor’s Degree.
