Compensation & Benefits For Local Therapists:
$45$53/hr (competitive hourly rate)
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Full benefits: medical, dental, vision
401(k) with employer match
CEU and licensure reimbursement
For Travel Therapists:
$1,900$2,300/week (gross)
Tax-free housing and meal stipends (if eligible)
Relocation assistance
Credentialing/licensure support
Full benefits package
Position Highlights
Serve K8 students in an inclusive school environment
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Address fine motor, sensory, and ADL goals
Collaborate with SPED, general education, and related service teams
Maintain documentation per district and federal guidelines
Requirements
Active North Carolina OT license (or eligibility)
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dedication to empowering students independence and success
