Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified School Social Worker for a full-time leave coverage assignment in a K8 district. This onsite position will provide direct and indirect social work services to students across three schools.
Job Responsibilities
Provide counseling and support services to students K8
Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on behavioral and social-emotional goals
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
Qualifications
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
Licensed School Social Worker (SSW)
Previous school-based experience preferred
Ability to work onsite full-time
