What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Own the global strategy and roadmap for the employer’s Bankruptcy and Hardships products, ensuring compliance and enhancing customer experience

Build and scale a new bankruptcy service to support the entire lifecycle of bankruptcies

Modernize existing hardship experiences to improve efficiency and empathy

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate regulatory and operational requirements into product outcomes

Define product guardrails and governance to manage financial and operational constraints

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 6 years of product management experience, preferably in regulated or compliance‑sensitive financial products

Proven experience in strategic execution and building products from 0?1

Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, legal, and compliance

Track record of successfully shipping complex products with operational monitoring for backend systems

Ability to drive initiatives independently while collaborating with multiple teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with end‑to‑end product ownership in financial services

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks affecting financial products

Strong technical fluency in backend systems and product requirements

Ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations and scale mature systems

Previous experience working in a remote‑first environment
