About the Position
Shift Manager for a McDonald’s franchise restaurant operating independently of McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters. Responsibilities
Lead shifts each week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service. Plan shifts, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards. Ensure food safety, quality, cleanliness, inventory, and maintenance. Manage crew, schedule shifts, and provide training and coaching. Maintain safety, security, and profitability while communicating with succeeding Shift Managers. Help departments meet targets and support overall business operations. Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurants, retail, or hospitality. Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate owned and operated restaurants. Legal / Employment Notice
