Provide inbound customer support to assist utility customers in making their homes more energy-efficient Navigate multiple platforms to offer services such as visit scheduling, customer enrollment, technical support, and program education Manage a variety of customer interactions, including voice calls and chat/email communications Utilize support scripts and guides to deliver accurate information and assistance Monitor personal performance data and progress in real-time to meet service goals Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Bilingual in English and Spanish Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment Ability to type at least 35 words per minute Strong customer service orientation with a proactive attitude Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intensive work environment while managing multiple tasks No history of attendance or punctuality issues Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
