Provide inbound customer support focused on energy efficiency and utility services
Schedule visits, enroll customers, and educate them on program offerings
Navigate multiple platforms and support scripts while assisting customers
Handle various customer inquiries through voice calls, chat, and email
Monitor personal performance data and progress in real time
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment
Ability to type 35+ words per minute
Strong commitment to attendance and punctuality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service satisfaction
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple tasks
