Requirements Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to achieve quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for fast‑paced operations are sought. Candidates must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a McDonald’s corporate‑owned restaurant.
