Reverse Logistics (Returns Processing)

Receive and process small parcel returns. __ __ Look up return details in the

Order Management System (OMS) . __ __ Inspect returned items and determine their condition: __ __

New

– Can be restocked as sellable inventory. __ __ Open/Used

– Requires further assessment for resale, refurbishment, or disposal. __ __

Store returned inventory in the appropriate locations based on condition. __ __ Document return issues: __ __

Write detailed notes describing damage or defects. __ __ Take pictures and upload them to the

OMS

for record-keeping. __ __

Receiving Shipments (Inbound Processing)

Locate and verify incoming shipments within the

Warehouse Management System (WMS) . __ __ Report the received quantities and compare them with expected shipments. __ __ Identify and report any discrepancies or issues, such as: __ __

Damages caused by carriers

– Must be documented and reported immediately. __ __ Shortages or overages

– Ensure accurate inventory tracking. __ __

Apply billable services to inbound shipments when required, including: __ __

Receiving fees per carton __ __ Shrink wrapping per pallet __ __ Inspection and quality control __ __ Image capture for documentation
