Front Office Coordinator

Location:
Colorado Springs, CO. This position is in‑office and not remote eligible.
Pay Range:
$18.00 – $20.00 hourly.
Position Summary As a Front Office Coordinator, you will create a positive client impression and ensure clients feel valued when visiting or contacting the firm. You will serve as the console/switchboard operator, handling incoming calls, walk‑ins, appointments, and routine clerical functions. Securing a professional, courteous front‑desk environment is essential.
Qualifications
High school diploma with at least 2 years of front desk/reception experience.
Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Ability to operate general office equipment and digital phone systems.
Preferred experience with scheduling software, accounting systems, databases, and document management systems.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
Address inquiries and resolve issues courteously; handle complaints and escalations when necessary.
Operate standard office equipment; coordinate catering and schedule appointments.
Provide general information about Sorren and its services; prepare documents as needed.
Maintain and update contact lists, directories, and client information in firm practice management & tax software.
Manage digital phone applications: field incoming calls, voicemail, and faxes; route appropriately.
Receive, sort, post, and distribute mail and FedEx deliveries daily.
Assist with client tax document pick‑up and signing process.
Unlock elevator in the morning and secure/lock in the evening.
Maintain kitchen facilities (coffee, dishwashers, refrigerators).
Keep lobby and main conference room in guest‑ready status.
Maintain confidentiality pertaining to clients and families.
Scan and upload client emails and source documents to the file management system and proper tax software.
Perform other duties as assigned.
