Your ability to think critically and develop strategic plans will be essential as you navigate the competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities. You will identify and engage potential new clients, gaining insights into their specific needs. Additionally, you\'ll serve existing clients, offer solutions for emerging challenges and provide expert guidance on talent requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop

and

execute

business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

Target

high quality leads and leverage existing partnerships to build a robust prospect funnel.

Understand

the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which strategies can be used to attract client staffing solutions and long-term client partnerships.

Conduct

pre-call research and planning to gain insights into customer needs and priorities.

Build

relationships at multiple levels with potential clients via phone, email, social media and face-to-face meetings.

Engage

with decision makers at all levels (including executives) of an organization during the buying process.

Provide

consultative account management, post-sales support, and consistent follow-up.

Collaborate

with our exceptional team to drive growth and expand our market presence.

Utilize

PC Recruiter to log activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activities.

Follow

the latest industry developments and stay up to date on competitive analysis.

Participate

in on-going Business Development of established accounts and their continued growth.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree

3+ years of staffing/recruiting sales experience or competitive, professional sales experience.

Active member of the Charlotte professional community including networking groups
