We’re hiring a

Business Development Manager

who thrives on building relationships, driving results, and making a meaningful impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning their market, connecting people to opportunities, and turning strong partnerships into long-term success.

You’ll be a key driver of growth—working closely with clients, candidates, and internal teams to deliver solutions that stick, build trust, and strengthen our reputation in the community.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Grow and manage a portfolio of client relationships through consistent outreach, consultative conversations, and high-touch service

Achieve and surpass monthly and annual revenue and performance targets

Develop and manage temporary and direct-hire placements, ensuring strong follow‑through, satisfaction, and retention

Leverage effective sales tools and strategies to generate job orders, evaluate talent, and deliver customized solutions

Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

Track performance metrics, provide coaching and support, and contribute to a collaborative, motivated team culture

Continuously sharpen your skills through training, feedback, and professional development

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, client services, or staffing/recruiting

A history of hitting goals in a performance‑based, commission or incentive‑driven environment

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the confidence to lead conversations and manage expectations

Reliable, consistent work history with a strong sense of accountability

Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment
