We’re growing fast — and so will you. You’ll report directly to the Head of Sales & GTM, spearheading our new CRM division from the ground up. This is your chance to join a high-growth, high-performance team redefining how companies manage customers and revenue.

What You’ll Do

Identify and connect with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn

Create first impressions that open doors and spark interest

Book discovery calls and help Account Executives close new business

Learn Planhat’s AI-driven CRM inside and out

Develop your skills in outbound sales, qualification, and deal strategy

Career Path

All AEs start as BDRs, with a promotion target of 3–6 months

BDR Leadership roles may open as the team scales

From AE to Sales Manager typically happens within 12–18 months
