Position Description: Join a high performing Global Banking team as a Regulatory Business Analyst to manage and provide solutions that improve and optimize the working capital of financial institutions and corporate clients worldwide.

This position is located at client site 4 days per week in Jersey City, NJ.

Responsibilities

Lead regulatory reporting projects and manage end-to-end delivery including initiation, planning, governance, and implementation.

Partner with Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Model Development teams to ensure consistency in assumptions and methodologies.

Work on transformation strategy for regulatory reporting systems.

Find innovative and creative solutions to support Finance, Liquidity, and Risk sponsors.

Present technical design, architecture structure and new technology opportunities.

Propose dynamic and scalable solutions.

Prepare roadmaps, plans and status reports.

Work with global teams.

Manage diverse stakeholders.

Ensure solutions meet the business line’s needs and are delivered on time, mitigating risks and enabling minimal maintenance.

Analyze business line needs with the aim of developing sustainable solutions aligned with strategic plans.

Build partnerships with development and stakeholder teams.

Write business requirements and specifications; perform workload and risk analysis.

Required Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in the capital markets financial industry (Bank/FBO/Broker Dealer).

Extensive experience with Adenza/Axiom Controller View (Nasdaq).

Understanding of industry solutions for preparing regulatory reports such as SEC and FINRA automation.

Strong understanding of CCAR capital planning requirements.

Familiarity with stress testing methodologies and regulatory capital concepts (CET1, Tier 1, leverage ratio, etc.).

Knowledge of transformation net capital calculations from DASH 360 to Axiom SL.

Experience with business analysis, data sourcing, functional specification, and application testing.

Expertise/Subject Matter Expert in financial products, accounting and regulatory reporting.

Good communication and management skills.

Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a mindset to deliver creative solutions.

Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Business industry certifications like CFA, FRM are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits Compensation range: $95,500 – $188,100.
