RBC Bearings . This position involves: Loading and unloading racks and baskets for plating and stripping lines. Visual inspection of plating and stripping lines. Preparing parts for elastomeric molding, including grit blasting, cleaning, adhesive application, and rubber milling. Molding of elastomeric bearings, including shot size cutting, deflashing, and inspection. Operating dry film and aluminum pigment coating equipment, including masking, cleaning, grit blasting, spray coating, and curing. Maintaining traceability of production lots. Ensuring a safe and clean work environment. Performing other duties as assigned. Attendance is essential. Skills / Certifications: High School diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience. Mechanical aptitude. Blueprint reading skills. Ability to operate equipment like gauging devices, ovens, sandblasters, etc. This job is currently active and accepting applications.
