The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The Manager works with leadership to set goals and builds a plan to achieve them.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership to crew and other managers to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness for customers
Communicate new events, operations excellence, and opportunities for advancement to the team
Lead the team to meet restaurant level targets during shifts
Be proficient in store operations, including knowledge of all stations, and train others accordingly
Commit to 100% Total Customer Satisfaction
Manage inventory and maintain food safety standards
Plan and oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness
Monitor service and production procedures
Ensure food, customer and crew safety and security
Wages and Benefits Health Care: ACA compliant; employees eligible after one year of full‑time service. Wages: $22.50 and up based on experience and availability. Colorado Paid Sick Leave or Paid Time Off.
