Caesars is a premier sports betting platform across America. As a Payments & Fraud Analyst, you will support strategy, business development, operations and risk & fraud initiatives through data and insights. Attention to detail and accurate documentation are essential. An interest in sports and betting is helpful but not required.
What You Will Do
Lead the analytics and data for Payments & Fraud initiatives.
Support operations, customer support, and fraud investigations across the Payments & Fraud team.
Ensure day‑to‑day tasks meet standards and report adverse trends to management.
Work with Caesars Digital analytics to support cross‑business initiatives.
Report revenue, P&L, and cost metrics to finance and management.
What You Will Need
3+ years of experience in the payments industry.
3+ years of experience dealing with internal and external escalations.
Strong data analysis skills and high‑level Excel experience.
Problem‑solving ability and quick implementation of solutions across teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, operational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience working in a highly regulated industry.

Enthusiastic about working with data and revenue.
Passionate about internal/external customer service.
Understanding the importance of positive relationships.
Good communication and detailed orientation.
Able to maintain confidentiality.
Benefits The salary range for this position is $44,024.07 – $78,281.24 USD. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; paid Personal Time Off; and paid company holidays.
