BEHOLD! There is no better time to join our Payments & Fraud team. As a Payments & Fraud Analyst, you will work with our Payments & Fraud team to deliver our strategy based on data and insights. The role will support the strategy, business development, operations and the risk and fraud teams. The work requires attention to detail and extensive and accurate documentation. An interest in sports and sports betting is helpful, but not an absolute must.

What You Will Do:

Lead the analytics and data

Support teams with operations including customer support, operations and fraud investigations

Ensure that all day-to-day tasks are being completed in accordance with our standards

Report any adverse trends, issues and/or anomalies to management and recommend actions

Work with the Caesars Digital analytics team as the Payments & Fraud expert into supporting initiatives across the business

Report on revenue, P&L and cost metrics to finance and management

What You Will Need:

3+ years of experience in the payments industry

3+ years of experience dealing with internal and external escalations

Strong data analysis skills and Excel experience at a high level required

Ability to problem solve and implement solutions quickly, often coordinating multiple teams

Excellent communication, organizational, operational, teamwork and interpersonal skills

Previous experience working in a highly regulated industry

The salary range for this position is $44,024.07 - $78,281.24 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role includes paid Personal Time Off and paid company holidays.
