$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr What you’ll do

Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the products; collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively and develops interpersonal skills for providing customer service; remains flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas, tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage in a timely manner. Be an Expert: Understands processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce; prepares (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to established standards; maintains product safety and follows sanitation guidelines; adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality. Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner: Drives the performance of the area using digital tools and perpetual inventory management techniques to stock and rotate department products; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; guides peers and provides attention to customer needs; assists customers per company policies and procedures. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products; executes the basics at the highest possible level of quality; demonstrates energy, commitment, and passion for the work. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; uses the Open Door Policy; and applies these in executing business processes and practices. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; and adapts to change, difficulties, and feedback.
