Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and is flexible to work in other areas as needed. Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner: Drives area performance; utilizes digital tools; manages high exposure and expectations; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; guides peers and supports customer needs; assists customers according to company policies and procedures. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products; executes basics at the highest possible level and shows energy, commitment, and passion for the work. Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area. Ensure shelves are clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products. Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food. Maintain the Sales Floor in accordance with company policies by handling claims and returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area. Qualifications
