Role Overview We’re hiring a
Sales Chief of Staff
to serve as a force‑multiplier to the CEO, uplevel GTM motion, and build a repeatable outbound engine.
This is not an SDR role. This is a
builder‑operator
role.
Run point on pipeline management and outbound execution
Own weekly sales operating rhythm
Support and run discovery calls + demos
Build and optimize outbound systems (Clay, CRM, scripts, automation)
Help shape early messaging and signal which ICP segments convert
Ideal for someone who wants to
run GTM at their own startup one day .
What You’ll Do Sales Execution
Run outbound sequences using Clay, LinkedIn, cold email, and calling
Draft and refine messaging for target personas (compliance, legal, marketing)
Manage and quality‑control CRM hygiene and pipeline movement
Run first‑touch calls; support CEO on enterprise meetings
Conduct product demos and discovery conversations
Sales Systems & Ops
Build + optimize multi‑channel outbound systems
Own CRM workflows, dashboards, and task automation
Create reporting & forecast cadence
Build enablement materials (scripts, templates, objection handling)
Go‑To‑Market Ops
Research ICPs, segments, and expansion verticals (finserv → insurance, CPG, healthcare)
Support events (Money20/20, ITC, FINRA, industry dinners & book events)
Help build and test repeatable outbound playbooks
Monitor competitive landscape and market signals
Who You Are
1–4 years in SDR/BDR, sales ops, or GTM at a startup (or fintech/FS compliance adjacent)
Strong operator + executor, you move fast, build systems, and adapt
Obsessed with pipeline, GTM metrics, and efficiency
Skilled in Clay, CRMs (HubSpot), LinkedIn, email sequencing tools
Crisp communicator, curious, proactive problem‑solver
Entrepreneurial DNA, eager to build and iterate, not clock‑watch
Bonus: marketing or regtech curiosity, love for fintech/financial services
Must have work authorization
