Summary The Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support and will work closely with various project managers. This position reports to the Senior Project Manager, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. It is a hybrid position, working out of your home office and traveling to project sites. Working hours are Monday through Friday, ranging from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time. As necessary, you may be required to work overtime and on weekends. Travel, up to 100% of the time, is expected. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Essential Job Function & Responsibilities
Attend technical meetings, take detailed meeting minutes, and provide minutes to the team.
Work on Excel spreadsheets to modify budgets from information provided by project managers.
Create and compile reports to project managers on a timely basis.
Create Word documents, letters, and the final preparation of technical documents.
Collate documents, modify existing documents, file documents, and maintain document control.
Travel outside of the office on site visits or project stakeholder meetings.
Work with the Procurement team to improve process and procedure documents.
Collaborate with team members when necessary to ensure effective communication and results.
Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by Management.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Project Development and Engineering tasks.
Must be experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Must be experienced in Microsoft Project.
Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced working environment.
