Baccarat
The Ecommerce & CRM Marketing Specialist plays a key role in managing Baccarat’s online presence and driving digital growth within the U.S. market. This position supports the development of our customer relationship management (CRM) function while executing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and sales across digital channels.
Working closely with the Paris HQ Ecommerce team, the U.S. Marketing team, and the U.S. Ecommerce Operations team, this role implements initiatives that elevate Baccarat’s digital experience, strengthen customer loyalty, and optimize performance across all ecommerce touch points.
Key Responsibilities Digital Commerce & Customer Experience
Enhance the online shopping experience by optimizing site usability, improving conversion flow, and implementing best practices in digital merchandising.
Partner with HQ to ensure product copy, visuals, and translations are tailored to the U.S. market and consistent with brand standards.
Conduct regular website audits to verify accuracy of content, pricing, and formatting.
Manage product assortments for quarterly activations and adjust merchandising based on sales trends and inventory levels.
Create Jira tickets to request front‑end, UX, and interface enhancements.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid media, affiliates, and influencer partnerships to drive traffic and conversion.
Support the management of agency partners, including digital, affiliate, and influencer platforms.
Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and product visibility.
CRM & Data‑Driven Engagement
Contribute to the development of Baccarat’s CRM strategy to foster engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Utilize CRM data and digital analytics to segment audiences, personalize outreach, and refine campaign effectiveness.
Performance & Reporting
Monitor ecommerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion, and engagement, to identify opportunities for optimization.
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to enhance future marketing initiatives.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Deep understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing best practices.
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, or CRM.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, Salesforce, Adyen, PayPal, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of CRM principles and customer lifecycle marketing.
Experience in luxury or premium retail environments preferred.
