Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

We’re seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Savannah, Georgia to manage a large-scale K12 Capital Construction Program. This program will utilize your Project Management skills to design and construct crucial schools. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work side-by-side with senior project managers in all aspects of project management: preparing RFPs, soliciting proposals, negotiating and managing contracts, coordinating design and construction teams, maintaining project governance, conducting field quality control of the craft trades at site, and ensuring successful project turnover.
Here’s what you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction, or engineering
At least 2 years of experience working on large building construction or civil projects
Knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction, delivery systems, and components
Ideally, you’ll also have
Construction Manager in Training (CMIT) and Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT)
