We are currently seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to join our team in Broomfield, CO. This role handles both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with toll road inquiries across the United States. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage customer accounts effectively. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls regarding toll road accounts Negotiate and establish payment terms and appropriate payment plans Monitor debtor accounts and follow up to ensure timely payments Address escalated calls and work toward resolution in a professional manner Requirements
Basic computer proficiency Ability to perform basic math calculations Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills Excellent listening and communication abilities Punctual, reliable, and collaborative team player Ability to remain composed and solution-oriented in challenging situations Training
Two-week training period from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST), with a one-hour lunch break. Monday–Thursday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM, and Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, with a rotating Saturday (MST) Compensation
$20.00 per hour Location
