Senior Business Development Representative (BDR)

to join their team in Austin, TX. This program includes: Two weeks of intensive virtual training with expert coaching A full-time Senior BDR role with a top-tier employer 90 days of on-the-job coaching, mentorship, and support A fast-track career path, with long-term potential in sales leadership About the Senior BDR Role As a Senior BDR, you’ll generate pipeline and support deals through the full sales cycle -from cold outreach to signed agreement. You’ll engage key decision-makers across K–12 school districts, building strategic relationships and leading thoughtful, solution-oriented conversations that drive real impact. This role is ideal for someone with outbound experience who is ready to step into more ownership and closing responsibility, while still being part of a collaborative sales team. What You’ll Be Doing Own the full sales process: from lead generation and outbound outreach to closing new business Create and execute outbound campaigns targeting superintendents, CIOs, and district leaders Develop deep, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders Build customized solutions aligned to district priorities and learning goals Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts using CRM tools Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Leadership to continuously improve outreach strategies and conversion rates What We’re Looking For 1-2 years of B2B sales experience in an SDR/BDR role Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or mission-driven startups strongly preferred Strong communication, storytelling, and listening skills Ability to break into new accounts and navigate complex sales cycles A passion for educational equity and a belief in the power of great technology to improve outcomes Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Core Traits for Success Relentless Drive:
