Our client is seeking a Kronos Workforce Central Business Analyst for a 9-month contract position based in New York City (2 Broadway). This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite per week and two days remote, with flexibility to adjust based on project needs. The position will support an enterprise-wide upgrade from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM). This role focuses on consolidating multiple WFC instances into a single UKG Pro WFM system, overseeing integrations with PeopleSoft HRMS and legacy systems, and ensuring smooth configuration, testing, and data migration. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and document requirements for the UKG Pro WFM upgrade. Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional specifications for development and testing. Lead test script design and execution to ensure comprehensive test coverage across business scenarios. Implement and configure Kronos Workforce Central Suite and UKG Pro WFM modules. Configure and validate Kronos Workforce Timekeeper; knowledge of Activities, Mobile, and Analytics modules is a plus. Manage data extraction, cleansing, and reformatting from WFC, and oversee uploads into UKG Pro WFM. Coordinate with the system integrator and PMO to ensure seamless integration with PeopleSoft HRMS and other legacy systems using Boomi middleware. Validate pay rules, CBAs, and payroll processing configurations; ensure accurate pay rate maintenance in PeopleSoft. Lead and mentor a small team of Kronos analysts through testing and configuration validation activities. Partner with the Program Manager to align project deliverables and timelines to ensure successful project execution. What You’ll Bring
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including Kronos or UKG Pro WFM implementations experience. Proven track record leading end-to-end WFM upgrade projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment. Deep understanding of stakeholder management and business process analysis in large enterprise environments. Hands-on experience developing and managing test scripts for complex integrations. Familiarity with Kronos Boomi middleware and system integration best practices. Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS and its integration with WFM systems. Excellent communication, documentation, and client interaction skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to accuracy and detail. Ability to adapt quickly to changing project priorities and environments. Bonus Points For
Experience leading Kronos upgrade projects in public sector or large enterprise environments. Prior work with multiple WFC instance consolidation initiatives. Knowledge of Kronos accelerators or SI tools for migration and configuration. Seniorities
