Early Outreach Coordinator, UNLV Enrollment Management [R0149412] . Responsibilities

Assist with the development and implementation of effective early outreach strategies and activities to provide access and potential for success in navigating postsecondary educational information and processes for 25,000+ students and families annually. Develop, coordinate, and implement 15+ Early Outreach events each school year and contribute to the university‑wide summer camp initiative, including Young Rebels programming and other campus camps. Implement family participation strategies, deliver presentations to parents, students, agencies, and educational personnel covering college readiness, career development, financial literacy, study skills, academic programs, and linkages between education and careers. Actively participate in grant writing to secure continued funding from current grants and establish new funding streams for program development and future expansion. Monitor the Early Outreach budget and assist with grant budgets, and work independently within established goals under the supervision of the Director for Early Outreach. Travel both in and out of state and work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and 3–5 years of related professional experience. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, four additional years of related experience, or an associate’s degree plus two additional years of relevant experience, may satisfy the educational requirement. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and prospective students and families. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences. Experience in grant writing, budget monitoring, and program evaluation is preferred. Benefits
