Job Overview

Product Manager , you will review product lines, details, and strategy while collaborating with nearly every department domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Product Lifecycle Management and Financial Analysis: Oversee the entire product lifecycle to the addressable market, conducting competitive analysis, white‑space mapping, key feature development, product‑check development, design brief development, CMF integrations, and pricing strategy based on market forecasts and financial analysis. Cross‑Functional Leadership and Project Management: Lead cross‑functional teams to bring products to market on schedule and within budget, maintaining best‑in‑class quality standards. Product Expertise and Communication: Serve as the internal and external expert on Ledge's product portfolio, delivering training sessions, presentations, and clear product positioning to teams, partners, and customers. SKU Management and Implementation: Manage SKUs throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring accurate processes with operations, finance, and sales. Collaboration and Support for Other Departments: Partner with other functions to create and modify product requirements, such as assembly instructions and market analysis, aligning initiatives with business goals. Strategic Vision and Market Analysis: Contribute to the strategic vision of the product category, maintaining the roadmap and identifying growth opportunities while staying informed of market trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience leading sporting goods, housewares, or other CPG product management processes. Robust organizational and time‑management skills with a high attention to detail. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting company values. Experience in a lifestyle brand is a plus. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and deliver on time. Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., or as required. Travel may be required. This position is hybrid: 4 days a week in office, 1 day a week at home.

Salary

$90,000 - $110,000
