Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility currently under construction in Waco TX. The 640,000 sqft. facility is situated in Texas Central Industrial Park and will be operating on a 24/7 schedule with a target start date of January 2026. The facility will manufacture and distribute the 26 flavors of Electrolit TM, the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US. Position Summary The primary responsibility of the Supply Planner will be to develop and execute the short- and mid-term production schedules and ensure material availability to support manufacturing operations in a beverage production environment. This hybrid role combines 60% production scheduling and 40% materials and supply planning, leading a team of Material Planners to guarantee uninterrupted operations, optimal inventory levels, and full alignment between Mexico and U.S. supply chain governance. The role serves as the key link between the plant, procurement, quality, and corporate supply chain teams, ensuring that production plans are feasible, material replenishment is timely, and data integrity in SAP/MRP systems is maintained. This position will be working with sensitive information; therefore an NDA is required. The Supply Planner will report to the Operations Site Director. Principal Duties Production Scheduling
Develop and execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in alignment with demand, capacity, and material availability. Prioritize production orders to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods. Balance short-term capacity constraints and optimize scheduling efficiency. Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality to prevent production delays. Monitor and adjust schedules based on plant performance, changes in demand, or material issues. Communicate schedule adherence and production risks to cross-functional stakeholders. Materials & Supply Planning
Lead the planning and replenishment of direct and indirect materials required for manufacturing, ensuring continuous availability with minimal obsolescence. Execute MRP planning and convert planned orders into purchase requisitions. Manage exception messages and coordinate corrective actions with Procurement, Quality, and Warehousing. Monitor purchase order deliveries to ensure materials are available per the production plan. Identify and mitigate risks of shortages, obsolescence, or overstock. Plan and control material supply for non-routine plant activities (validation, development, maintenance, etc.). Support the optimization of material consumption and inventory utilization. Data Management & System Governance
Maintain and update master data, planning parameters, and item catalogs in SAP to ensure accurate MRP execution. Ensure proper setup of substitute materials and lifecycle processes (creation, transfer, modification, and deletion). Review inventory levels and recommend adjustments as needed. Guarantee data integrity and compliance with internal control systems. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Supervise and develop two Material Planner–Buyers, ensuring alignment with global planning standards. Foster communication between U.S. and Mexico supply chain teams to align processes and governance. Promote collaboration across planning, procurement, operations, and quality functions. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Knowledge and Skills
ERP systems: SAP ECC / SAP IBP (required or highly desirable). Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, data analysis). Power BI or similar reporting tools. Strong understanding of MRP and inventory management principles. Must be fluent in English, Spanish preferred. Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 2+ years in Material Planning Administration. 2+ years executing MPS/MRP processes. 2+ years in Distribution or Supply Planning. Experience defining and managing inventory levels. Experience in beverage or food manufacturing environment preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and coach a small team. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Fluency in English and Spanish, with advanced communication ability Other Requirements
Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time. Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
