First National Bankof America is seeking a friendly and professional
New Account Document Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will manage the flow of documents in an efficient and effective manner while reviewing new mortgage originations for Quality Control.
Responsibilities
Audit electronic files to ensure loan information is booked accurately
Audit new accounts for data integrity
Track and follow up on any missing documents
Identify critical data errors and take appropriate steps to remedy
Attend various trainings with a focus on identifying fraud, underwriting inconsistencies and other potential "red flags"
Qualifications
Great attention to detail
Prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability and willingness to do repetitive tasks on a regular basis
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook are beneficial
This position may require you to lift up to 20 pounds
