HDR . This position involves leading HDR's geotechnical practice, supporting technical excellence, and developing a cohesive geotechnical community of practice across the southeast US. Responsibilities include managing staff, engaging in project delivery, developing client relationships, and strategic planning. **Primary Responsibilities:** Coordinate and improve technical competencies of geotechnical staff in deep foundation design and construction. Engage in project approach reviews for optimal team setup. Select, train, mentor, and manage geotechnical personnel. Promote geotechnical practice and establish industry partnerships. Contribute to HDR’s geotechnical standards and quality assurance processes. Participate in strategic planning and project management. Develop marketing strategies and represent HDR to clients. Collaborate with HDR geotechnical leadership to align strategies. Facilitate national training programs. **Preferred Qualifications:** PE registration in AL, FL, MS, SC, and TN within 6 months. Proficiency in deep foundation construction and claims mitigation. Master's degree in Engineering or related field. 15+ years of progressive geotechnical experience. Experience with geotechnical investigations, analysis, and software. **Minimum Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. At least 10 years of relevant experience.
