$25.00/hr - $33.00/hr *This is a CONTRACT TO HIRE position. Candidates must reside in the Greater Tampa Bay Area* SUMMARY: Under minimal supervision, perform all sales and business development activities with assigned clients and territories to increase gross profit margin for Adecco Permanent Recruitment team. Introduce Adecco and its products to prospects in assigned territory with the goal of developing them into clients. Maintain and develop assigned accounts by use of sales calls and additional outreach strategies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively pursue prospective customers in assigned territory, through various outreach channels to introduce Adecco’s products and services with the goal of developing prospects into clients. Place outbound cold calls, deploy email campaigns, receive call-ins/referrals, make client drop offs, attend networking events/job fairs, and leverage additional strategies to generate leads. Conduct market research on current and new customers to create targeted prospective lists. Identify leads with Direct Hire needs and complete initial checklist from pre-determined criteria including executive summary, company information and credit check. Schedule an initial discovery meeting with the prospective client and designated Adecco colleague either virtually or in-person to discuss the opportunity further. Work with Adecco colleague through proposal, contract execution/signing and intake/go-live. Document all sales activity in CRM database, including call logs, emails, meetings, notes of opportunity, while maintaining proper follow up and data integrity. Partners with the Field, Onsites, Permanent Recruitment, Marketing and any additional Adecco teams to foster relationships and generate additional business. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline. 0-2 years of Sales/Business Development experience. Staffing background preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS: Strong understanding of sales performance metrics. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Strong knowledge of effective marketing, sales and negotiation techniques. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Effective oral/written communication and active listening skills. Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Proficiency with Salesforce highly preferred. LOCATION/SCHEDULE/WORKPLACE: Must reside in the Greater Tampa Bay area M-F, 8am-5pm, local EST time May travel locally to prospective client visits COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Base salary of

$25-33/hr.
