About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and motivated

Digital Project Manager

to join our in‑house Ad Agency team. In this role, you’ll manage end‑to‑end delivery of

digital marketing projects

— including websites, emails, banner ads, and digital tools — ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with brand and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee a variety of

digital projects

(websites, emails, banner ads, and mobile tools).

Collaborate with

creative, account, and technical teams

to drive execution.

Ensure all deliverables meet

branding, promotional, and compliance guidelines .

Coordinate

Veeva submissions , material review (MLR), and approval workflows.

Partner with the digital and account teams to

define project scope, estimates, and timelines .

Track budgets, timelines, and project documentation.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

Must‑Have Skills

4+ years of experience as a

Digital Project Manager

in an

agency or creative environment .

Experience with

AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)

and basic understanding of

HTML

and

SEO .

Familiarity with

Veeva

or

pharma/healthcare promotional review processes .

Strong understanding of

UI/UX principles

and digital production workflows.

Excellent

communication, organization, and multitasking

skills.

Ability to thrive in a

fast‑paced, high‑volume

environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with

pharmaceutical clients

(AbbVie or similar).

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
